Important Notice: SubPilot is a subtitle enhancement tool that adds subtitles to videos on various websites, including JAV sites. We do not host, upload, promote, or distribute any video content. Our service is strictly limited to subtitle display and enhancement functionality.
By installing, accessing, or using the SubPilot Chrome extension ("Extension") or visiting our website ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

You agree to use SubPilot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SubPilot. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
If you create an account for premium features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload or customize through the Extension, including custom subtitle files. You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload.
SubPilot offers both free and premium subscription plans. The free plan includes basic functionality, while premium plans offer additional features as described on our pricing page.
Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, as selected during purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance.
The SubPilot extension, website, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by SubPilot and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
SubPilot may provide access to third-party subtitle databases. We do not claim ownership of third-party subtitle content and make no representations about its accuracy or legality.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, SUBPILOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
